I had the idea for this cartoon during the second or third time
North Korea came up in the news. I think it was the testing of nukes that gave me this idea. It would seem that they are going to do whatever it is they feel like doing. It could be a test for the current administration in which case it seems much of the world is jumping in on the test. It could also be some ploy for something in return. I have no idea but it seems that Kim Jong Il isn't interested in what the rest of the world thinks about the future of North Korea with the launching of missiles, testing of nukes and whatever else he can think of to annoy those that want him to play nice. Then the U.N. gives strong words, as if such a thing is real or has had any long term affect on anyone except for those who make the attempt to appear as though they are playing nice. This cartoon idea came from all that mess. Enjoy and have a great day.
