I had the idea for this cartoon after listening to all the news surrounding the office of Homeland Security and the intelligence community in general. I thought back to when Janet Napolitano threw out the word terrorism and replaced it with Man made Disasters or something along those lines as well as a couple other softer, kinder, gentler terms for the war on terror. It is interesting to watch as the exercise of being politically correct or whatever trying to change terms and words is, take place and the responses that follow. Great article and cartoon. Well done.I was horrified when I was informed that top secret documents in the UK were leaft on a train my an MI5 agent.Thank fully they were recovered as someone found them and tried to flog them to th BBC. The BBC returned them to no.1 thankfully.Hey Connor,Thanks for the comment. I'm glad you like it.

It is interesting how the press rolls these days. I'm not sure about all that surrounds the speaker right now but if I take a page from recent history, meaning the short lived controversy surrounding Chris Dodd to name one, I would say it just blows over like other things have in the past unless members of the intelligence community find it in their heart to keep it alive. Don't know but it is interesting to watch. Thanks again for the comment and have a great day. :)
