Political Cartoon Humor, Obama stimulus package and the burden

I was listening to the news about the recovery plan, cutting the deficit in half by 2012 and all the other things that are going on around the country an the globe. Given that President Obama inherited a deficit as he took office, and the way the economy is moving along common sense tells me that there is really only a couple of ways to accomplish the things that the current president wants to accomplish, tax increases and/or printing new money. These both have unintended consequences like less money in all of our pockets which leaves us unable to purchase as many goods and services or a weak dollar which allows us less purchasing power. It is this guy's opinion that everyone should probably accept that the days of buying what we want when we want are gone maybe for good but most certainly for the next five to ten years. I did this cartoon thinking about those two possibilities and who might be affected the most. I see it as future generations being affected the most. Just my opinion.
