Political Cartoon Humor, Stimulus Package-Contraceptive Perspective

I did this cartoon as a result of listening to some of the debate on whether this Bill was stimulus or a spending wish list. One of the items mentioned was money for sex education and contraceptives. I thought it was an interesting thing to have in an economic stimulus package. It was also interesting how it was rationalized as far as a cost savings from a heath care standpoint. My personal take is that contraceptives and sex education have been around for a while and there does not seem to be any type of decline in the problems they are meant to address. Anyway, those thoughts aside, I thought it would be funny if a prominent member of the contraceptive community was given the opportunity to speak on Capitol Hill. This cartoon is my goofy idea of what they might say if given the opportunity. Enjoy and have a great day.
